Delivery and Returns

General Delivery Information

Order confirmations will be sent to customers immediately after completing a purchase, but orders are dispatched twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders received after 12 noon on Mondays or Thursdays will be processed in the next dispatch.

Our deliveries are fulfilled by a range of couriers including Hermes, Collect Plus and DPD. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.

Payments

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Card payments are processed once your order is placed.

Delivery Charges

As we are carrying out a stocktake, all orders received from 11 March will not be posted until Monday 21 March.

UK Standard Shipping (4 to 5 days) £4.95

We are currently only shipping to the UK. International deliveries will resume in early 2022 when the following charges will apply:

North America Economy Shipping 7-15 Days £20

North America Express Shipping 5-7 days £30

Australia Economy Shipping 15-20 Days £25

Australia Express Shipping 8-10 Days £40

We cannot guarantee delivery times especially to international customers where postal services may be disrupted or even suspended due to Coronavirus related restrictions. If your order has not arrived after the maximum number of days stated in the delivery type, please contact the shop.

International Delivery

We currently ship internationally only to the US, Canada, and Australia.

Customs

Some countries may impose import duties on deliveries from the UK. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on a delivery in the destination country. Please bear in mind that items are sometimes delayed in customs, which is beyond our control.

Returns

If for any reason your order isn’t to your liking, you can request a refund or replacement. In the case of damaged or faulty items we request that you send us a photo depicting the problem clearly, this is so that we can claim from our parcel carrier or manufacturer.

We may require that an item be returned to us before we issue any refund, in these cases we will send you a free returns label.

To request a refund or replacement item please contact the shop - we aim to get back to you within two working days.
