Royal Pavilion Jungle Card

Dr Blighty was a series of events held on the Royal Pavilion Estate in 2016 that commemorated the building’s use as a hospital for wounded Indian soldiers during WW1. As part of the event ambitious immersive performances and installations were based in Brighton’s Royal Pavilion Garden, including a stunning light projection on the eastern front of the Royal Pavilion, which drew huge crowds over several nights.

This hand illustrated gift card takes inspiration from the Dr Blighty light show event to imagine the Pavilion in these exciting colour schemes and transport the building to an exotic fantasy land fitting of the Chinoiserie spirit.
